I love this restaurant! I have visited Lake Geneva twice in the past month, and I always went to Lake-Aire. The food is great, the service is friendly and outstanding. Very comfortable, and I always leave happy.

We highly recommend this gem of a restaurant. It is family owned and run, and it shows in the best of ways. From the wait staff's kindness and caring for our coffee and culinary needs..to the quality of the food, it was all great. Living in Chicago, we grew up with the diner experience. Here, you have it on Main Street in Lake Geneva. The waitress, Colleen, was so kind and had just the right touch with asking how things were and being personable and friendly. I ordered the hash brown skillet, and had some left over for later today. :) My friend had the bacon and eggs, and he loved it. It was perfect on a cold Sunday morning. We think you will love it there!

The food, the service, and the overall ambiance is amazing at Lake Aire. The owners take great pride in their restaurant and make it the place to be. Also, their Bloody Mary's are excellent.

We visited Lake Geneva with our dog and tried to find a restaurant for a late breakfast. We stopped at another restaurant, Simple Cafe, because they were supposedly dog friendly. However, we were told to order take-out and then sit with our dog on their patio - definitely not a dog friendly restaurant. We left and walked through the downtown and noticed that Lake-Aire had outside tables. We were warmly greeted, our server was awesome. She brought water and treats for our dog and her service was impeccable. Our food was wonderful and the service outstanding. I highly recommend Lake-Aire!

Unsure why the reviews for this place are so low - maybe I got them on a good day or maybe people are expecting something besides a greasy spoon diner, but I had a good time here. Unpretentious and unfussy, Lake-Aire is - whether intentionally or not - a callback to the days when Lake Geneva was a destination not unlike Palm Springs or Newport and the Rat Pack were in vogue. My waiter was attentive and friendly and my omelette did not feel overpriced ($14) for a diner just a few clicks away from the lake. I'd probably opt for something fancier if I were visiting with friends or a partner, but as a single traveler not looking to overdo it, it hit the spot after a long day of walking and beaching.

Everything we ordered was delicious. The coffee was so good, I had like 3 cups. Very nice atmosphere and the waitress was super nice

We stopped into Lake-Aire for a late lunch. We were able to grab a sidewalk table. It was fun to watch all the people and dogs stroll by as we ate our food. The waitress was very nice and attentive. I ordered a Ruben with tater tots and my wife had a chicken salad sandwich with fries. Both orders came pretty quickly. The chicken salad was interesting in that it contained shredded cheese. But this is Wisconsin, so I guess it's to be expected. Both meals were nicely portioned and tasty. The restaurant itself has the "aire" of your traditional diner. It's a little dated inside, but nothing crazy. When you are finished eating you'll pay your check at the front counter.
